$1000 Raised for AFSP
During this past A term our chapter Raised over $1000 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention through donations on our Instagram stories. The AFSP's Mission is to “save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.” and we support that cause all the way.
United Service Organization
The United Service Organisation is the National Philanthropy of Theta Chi. We have held various fundraisers which have raised thousands of dollars in support of the work they do for our soldiers. Last D term we held a makeBake Sale During this event groups of brothers table sat on campus, representing Theta Chi. We sold homemade baked goods, including cookies, brownies, and croissants over a 3-day time span. All brothers in the chapter contributed several hours to the event, with all proceeds going towards the United Service Organization. In total, we were able to raise $137.00.
Theta Chi Epsilon constantly strives for the betterment of the community through its philanthropic contributions such as donating time and finances to the United Service Organization and the Work on Worcester program. We also help the local community by cleaning local streets and helping neighborhood churches with their events to all needs, varying from academic, environmental, or social.
